Activity Days

A Day in the Country provides personalised corporate hospitality, corporate entertainment and client entertainment offering fun and original activities that have real value. We also provide team building days, fun business events, staff entertainment, company team exercises, corporate outings and incentive days to reward staff. 

Our venue is set in a beautiful 250 acre estate, featuring three trout lakes surrounded by woodland. We offer our clients an extensive range of activities and facilities to provide an ideal setting for ctivity days. A Day in the Country has won several Marketing Week/Corporate Hospitality Association Awards and Certificates of merit during the last few years, including Venue of the Year (twice), Small Business of the Year and Event Managers of the Year.

The day with “a day in the country” was brilliant and I would recommend that you keep on using them. Some individuals were cynical before they went only to be pleasantly surprised. They found the tasks interesting and fun and spent some time last night analysing how they could have done better.

The networking last night at a meal we all went to was better than I could have hoped, with new relationships developed and others enhanced, I am sure my business will gain positively from this experience and I am sure we will visit again sometime next year. We offer a truly unique experience, giving you the opportunity to have a complete day of activities tailored to your exact specifications.Or you can combine your day with a conference in the morning followed by a variety of pursuits in the afternoon.

We like to work closely with you to design challenges that address your specific business goals in a lively context that is more tactical than physical. To this end, we have developed a ropes course that encourages team building, personal development and networking that’s not only different and challenging, but great fun too.
