A venue with a difference

Chocolate Team Building. chocolate team building workshops offer a creative and innovative approach to strengthening your team. Billed as “the most delicious bonding experience possible”, the team’s task is to create a product – including chocolate design, packaging and slogan for a specific market segment. This challenge includes bowls of melted Belgian Chocolate, hand made chocolate centres and delicious toppings. Our ‘Dragon’s Den’ judging panel plus great prizes ensure the stakes are kept high. Team building has never been tastier! The chocolate making workshops do not only have to be for team building events and can be incorporated into a full day of corporate activities, we also have the Chocolate Luxury Workshops which is the ultimate chocolate making experience including an enormous chocolate fountain and our best champagne. Guests will sample fine dessert wine and vintage port specially paired with creamy flavoured truffle centres, then cut, dip and decorate your own hand made chocolate using fresh vanilla truffles, fudge, Italian praline and melted Belgian chocolate. We even throw in a little gold dust and crystallized roses and violets to help you create extra special chocolate to take home in ribbon tied parcels.
At A Day in the Country we offer a truly unique experience, giving you the opportunity to have a complete day of activities tailored to your exact specifications. Or you can combine your day with a conference in the morning followed by a variety of pursuits in the afternoon.
We like to work closely with you to design challenges that address your specific business goals in a lively context that is more tactical than physical. To this end, we have developed a ropes course that encourages teambuilding, personal development and networking that’s not only different and challenging, but great fun too.
