A venue with a difference
Giant Marble Run Team Building Challenge.
The team’s task is to create a “marble run” using the equipment provided and their aim is to get the marble to run for 25 seconds. Excellent problem solving, team co-operation, highlights planning skills, strategizing and project management.
Below is an example of the team building exercises used for the Go-Cart Challenge but exercises can be tailored to suit any organisational issues, other activities can be added such as Dog Agility and Ferret Racing, Segway Vehicles and Sheepdog Handling and Duck Herding which can also be tailored to be team building:

A Day in the Country is centrally located on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire borders, just 5 minutes from J10 of the M40 and 25 minutes from J15a of the M1. The venue is approximately half way between London and the Midlands, with excellent motorway connections. There are regular rail services to nearby Bicester and Banbury.
