A venue with a difference
Spiders Web Team Building Challenge.
Team members must get through the web without touching any of the strands, which would alert the spider to their presence. A team task, where team members have to get safely through the web. Focuses on planning and co-operation, team members need to work out the safest route. Once one member is through they help the remaining team members through the web. Support, consideration and trust are highlighted within this exercise
Below is an example of the team building exercises used for the Go-Cart Challenge but exercises can be tailored to suit any organisational issues, other activities can be added such as Dog Agility and Ferret Racing, Segway Vehicles and Sheepdog Handling and Duck Herding which can also be tailored to be team building:

A Day in the Country is centrally located on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire borders, just 5 minutes from J10 of the M40 and 25 minutes from J15a of the M1. The venue is approximately half way between London and the Midlands, with excellent motorway connections. There are regular rail services to nearby Bicester and Banbury.
