The Great Barn is an ideal location for Christmas Parties providing exclusive use of the converted 17th Century barn. Both rooms are approximately 60 feet x 20 feet and are interconnecting and both have full central heating. The Aynho Room has two log fires and seats 60 people, whilst the Croughton Room seats 120 people. Marquee extensions can be added if required. A new entrance lobby has recently been added which provides toilet facilities for ladies and gentlemen as well as disabled facilities. Ample car parking facilities are available.
The Christmas menus can be tailored to suit any requirements including formal seated dinners with waitress service or a buffet style meal. Our catering organisers are flexible and can accommodate any specific wishes you may have and offer a wide variety of menus.
The Great Barn provides all wines, spirits and soft drinks at competitive rates and also provides all glassware and drink service. A full pay bar is also provided.
The Rates
Our minimum rates for Christmas parties in November and December 2008 will be as follows:
£37.50 + VAT per person for parties on Monday – Thursday evenings.
£40.50 + VAT per person for parties on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Exclusive use of our Aynho and Croughton Rooms, with log fires. From 1st December both of these barns will have full Christmas decorations.
Chairs and tables for up to 130 guests (more can be hired if required).
A choice of Christmas Menus all with vegetarian alternatives.
Party Crackers and Streamers.
Bar Service until 11.30pm with all parties finishing at midnight.
The Great Barn can also provide and give advice on entertainment from discos and live bands to casinos and magicians.
Terms and conditions for Christmas Parties 2007
Final Numbers to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. An invoice will be submitted for this number, together with an agreed amount for wines and bar drinks, if they are to be charged to the account. This account is to be settled prior to the event. A final balance of account (if required) will be sent after the event, for settlement within 14 days.
All wines and drinks to be purchased from our very competitive price list.
All guests should have left the premises by 12.20am. Taxis and other transport should be arranged accordingly, prior to the event.
Considerable attention will have been paid to our Christmas decorations. A charge will be made for any damage or loss to the decorations, or to the property including carpets.
