A venue with a difference
Teambuilding Activities
These are just a selection of some of the team building exercises that we can provide and A Day in the Country can focus on specific issues such as Trust Building, communication, problem-solving, and change management. All of our exercises encourage bonding and openness within a team as well as being great fun. We can provide indoor and outdoor exercises giving full flexibility regardless of the time of year. The learning from the exercises can easily be transferred to the work place as team members recognise how individual’s strength and weaknesses impact on work productivity as well as the natural team development process. Please let us know what issues you would like to focus on and we can tailor a day to suit.
Below is a selection of the most popular team building activities that we can offer at A Day in the Country. A team building program can be designed to incorporate and encourage team work, leadership, communication, innovation, decision-making and delegation. The program will be tailored to match the group's general fitness level and can be biased towards serious team building or fun.

A Day in the Country like to work closely with you to design challenges that address your specific business goals in a lively context that is more tactical than physical. To this end, we have developed a ropes course that encourages teambuilding, personal development and networking that’s not only different and challenging, but great fun too.
If one of our programmes does not meet with your needs, then we will be delighted to quote you a special day combining ropes courses and team building activities for a multi activity day. We would also be pleased to quote for any other activity not mentioned here.
