A venue with a difference

Bucket Bonanza
The Great Barn is on fire! Fireman Fred needs water to put out the blaze and he needs your help to get it. The only supply of water is a nearby lake. It is late at night and the path to the lake is overgrown and difficult. The only container available to transport water is a small cup!
This exercise involves team mates being blind folded and negotiating an obstacle course to get some water in a bucket and bring it back to their team members. Trust and openness are the focus of this exercise as well as improving team members coaching skills as they have to guide their colleagues verbally through the course.

A Day in the Country like to work closely with you to design challenges that address your specific business goals in a lively context that is more tactical than physical. To this end, we have developed a ropes course that encourages teambuilding, personal development and networking that’s not only different and challenging, but great fun too.
A Day in the Country is centrally located on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire borders, just 5 minutes from J10 of the M40 and 25 minutes from J15a of the M1. The venue is approximately half way between London and the Midlands, with excellent motorway connections. There are regular rail services to nearby Bicester and Banbury.
