Teambuilding Exercises with Learning Objectives

 

Greenjackets Battalion

This is your opportunity to become a soldier in action with Greenjackets Battalion on The Corporate Battlefield using our unique and purpose built infrared training system. All combatants are issued with a realistically sounding semi-automatic SA80 style rifle and kitted out with DPM coveralls. The rifle, which fires an invisible (and safe) beam to a range of 35 metres, is aimed at the opposition's helmet and if on target the opposition becomes "temporarily wounded" After a "quick fix" at the Field Hospital they are re-activated and returned to combat. Ammunition boxes are located on the Battlefield where rifles can be reloaded at any time. The type of scenario selected depends very much on: (a) time available and (b) number of participants, with the objective of testing the team's individual skills and experience in communications and initiative.
