Teambuilding Exercises with Learning Objectives

High Ropes Challenge Course

The combination of low and high ropes courses enable participants to grow at both the team and individual levels, exploring risk, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coaching. The low ropes focuses on collaboration. The challenges call upon every member of the team to participate, and they present unending opportunities for self-discovery and team growth. The high ropes course emphasises risk-taking, trust and coaching. The challenges allow participants to expand their comfort zones, sometimes dramatically, and recognise fears that may block personal achievement. Our "Challenge by Choice" philosophy enables every participant to experience their own success in the context of their own aspirations. The principle means that you can choose to take part in an activity or you can choose not to take part. Guests are always given full safety briefings and climbing and belaying techniques are covered thoroughly.

A Day In The Country has provided award winning Corporate Hospitality, Activity Days, Conferences , staff days and Team Building Days for over a decade in the UK.

Below is a selection of the most popular team building activities and ropes courses that we can offer at A Day in the Country. A team building program can be designed to incorporate and encourage team work, leadership, communication, innovation, decision-making and delegation. The program will be tailored to match the group's general fitness level and can be biased towards serious team building or fun.

If one of our programmes does not meet with your needs, then we will be delighted to quote you a special day combining ropes courses and team building activities for a multi activity day. We would also be pleased to quote for any other activity not mentioned here.

The venue and activities were great and all the staff were excellent. We will almost certainly consider using the venue for a Barclays do.
